Our Story
Built on Hard Work and Honest Craftsmanship
Frank's Premium Flooring is a family-owned business based in Bradenton, FL. We specialize in high-performance epoxy floor coatings for residential garages, commercial spaces, restaurants, automotive shops, and industrial facilities across the Gulf Coast.
Why We Started
Frank started this business with one goal: deliver the kind of quality work he'd want done in his own home. After years in the flooring industry, he saw too many jobs rushed, too many corners cut, and too many customers left disappointed.
Frank's Premium Flooring was built on a different standard — thorough surface preparation, premium materials, and a finished product that holds up for years. Every job gets the same attention to detail, whether it's a single-car garage or a 10,000 sq ft warehouse.
We serve Bradenton, Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and the surrounding Gulf Coast area. When you work with us, you work directly with Frank — no subcontractors, no shortcuts.
Thorough Prep Work
We grind and profile every surface before coating. Proper prep is what separates a floor that lasts from one that peels.
Premium Materials
We use commercial-grade epoxy systems — the same products used in hospitals, warehouses, and auto dealerships.
No Subcontractors
Frank and his crew handle every job personally. You get consistent quality and a team that stands behind their work.
